International Instructors Course

This was to be the second International Instructors course with Master Choi in Cork and the excitement was palpable. His ability to produce power and grace from nothing is a constant source of amazement. President Choi`s use of humour and stories of his childhood served to put us at our ease. It was held on the weekend of the 28th to the 30th of March 2008. This was also Mr. Fradgleys 2nd ITF International Instructors course. Prior to any physical training President Choi talked about the real meaning of “Do” in Taekwon-Do - the moral code. We then studied the Tuls in explicit detail and worked on kicking as well. The main emphases during the weekend was knowing Taekwon-Do, being technically perfect and generating massive amount of power from the human body. This is the Taekwon-Do

This was a great event ran very well by the IUTF. Mr. Fradgley is an Internationally qualified instructor and examiner for the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
